BiCE offers authentic Italian food served in a modern and stylish setting. The concept, well
known in Milan, Tokyo and New York, has now been successfully launched here in Dubai. BiCE is
open for lunch and dinner, which can be enjoyed on the terrace, overlooking the hotel gardens,
the beach and the beautiful Arabian Gulf. Dishes are a mixture of traditional and modern
Italian cuisine prepared by Chef Andrea Mugavero. Overseeing restaurant operations is
Restaurant Manager Roberto Rella, who claims six years' experience working for BiCE
Washington, Palm Beach and Spain, and most recently BiCE Istanbul. The BiCE phenomenon began
in Milan, where Beatrice Ruggeri --- BiCE to her family and friends --- became known for her
extraordinary hospitality. For years she was repeatedly asked to open her kitchen to the
public and in 1926 she opened a small trattoria that catered mainly to family and friends.
Today the BiCE group comprises 22 restaurants all over the world.
